A first-generation immigrant, Sardor arrived in Los Angeles with $800 in his pocket and limited English. He started from the ground up as a service worker, gradually building a deep understanding of business mechanics, customer behavior, and operational scale. Over the next decade, he turned that knowledge into a blueprint for exponential growth—culminating in the creation of Home Alliance, a nationwide network serving over 50,000 clients annually with over 1,000 technicians across 30+ cities.

As Founder and CEO of Home Alliance, Sardor developed and implemented the systems, operations, and customer experiences that enabled the company to scale to 10,000+ locations while maintaining 5-star reviews in key markets.

His strength lies in solving complexity, building infrastructure, and responding decisively to unpredictable conditions.
